Sinead established Top2Toe Fitness in 2016 and continues to offer a wonderful, nurturing, holistic approach to Fitness and Wellbeing in her local community. Based in Belrose on Sydney's Northern Beaches, Top2Toe Fitness has helped hundreds of local women looking to unlock a whole new level of awareness, energy and be inspired to take charge of their health and well-being.
Being around like-minded people in a Supportive Environment provides the right frequency to transform your vitality, mood, body, mind, hormones and more. Training Outdoors also has the added benefits of natural sunlight for Vitamin D and plays a crucial role in regulating our body's Circadian Rhythm influencing the sleep-wake cycle.
Exercise in general has numerous benefits. It enhances cardiovascular health, boosts mood by releasing endorphins, reduces stress levels, helps manage weight and improves self-esteem and confidence. Additionally, regular exercise can enhance muscle strength, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, promotes a healthier lifestyle and reduces the risk of chronic disease.

Master Trainer Level 1 with AIF

Masters in Social Work - 15 Years Experience working with Families/Youth at Risk, Education Welfare and Child Protection.

Degree in Social Psychology and Sociology

With a background in Social Work, Psychology, Personal Training and recently becoming an Accredited Nutrition Coach, Top2Toe Fitness is able to bring a new energy and confidence so you can take charge of your entire Health and well-being and be inspired to become the happiest and healthiest version of YOU!
Group Training
Top2Toe Fitness provides 60 minute group training sessions every week day over a 10 week period. Training is based outdoors in Belrose, and the circuit style routine incorporates strength, cardio, HIIT, boxing and circuit training. No two sessions are the same! Train with like minded people and gain valuable nutrition support!
